“With more than 26 years as a non-profit professional, community organizing and fundraising are my vibes. I have raised millions of dollars and am probably the first hairdresser to become CEO of a major nonprofit. I am scrappy, intuitive, strategic, and fun.”

Everyone Has a Superpower. What is Susan’s superpower?

Through active listening, I can identify how to take your dreams from conception to creation.

With the launch of Susan Kramer Consulting, Susan offers a teachable platform that prepares executives, boards, teams, and individuals to shift into a new paradigm of nonprofit development. This new model is proven to reinvigorate passion, engage stakeholders at every level, and catalyze a new relationship-based approach to donor development. Through educational programming, executive guidance, and on-the-ground support she partners with organizations to overcome common stumbling blocks, strengthen teams, and tap into new sources of funding.

Although Susan’s methodology is unique, she’s proven time and again that overcoming entrenched organizational challenges requires a radical shift. She is a firm believer that unexpected solutions that work are often hidden in plain sight. Through personal experience, Susan attests to the idea that bold exploration with fresh eyes is a necessary journey required of all great leaders and teams. As a consultant, she offers her expertise as a guide on this journey serving as partner-coach, educator, and strategist.

As one with a charming touch for empowering people, driving fundraising initiatives, and executing major organizational transformations, executives are quick to recognize the signature “pixie dust” left in Susan’s wake. Although it’s been many years, millions of donor dollars, and several executive leadership roles since those early days, her experience has emphasized the importance of the key she discovered early on— it is the magic of relationships that unlocks the connection between passion and action. This crucial discovery continues to serve as a foundational element guiding the journeys of organizational transformation she leads today.
